Summer Magic 2010

On selected dates throughout the summer Waterford & Suir Valley Railway will run Summer Magic Events. Depending on the event you will meet various characters at the station before your train journey. The train schedule may be altered slightly and extra trains added if there is a demand on the day. We do not take advance bookings. There is no extra charge for these events.

Summer Magic
Meet Choo Choo the Clown and enjoy his magic show before Belinda Bunny escorts you to the train for a 40 minute trip through the Suir Valley on a narrow gauge railway.

Teddy Bears Picnic
Enjoy the 40 minute trip on the train and when you get to the Mossy Woods you are in for a big surprise! Bring a picnic to have at the station, goody bags and refreshments can be purchased in the carriage shop. Don't forget to bring your Teddy Bears!

Cartoon Characters
Meet Mickey, Minnie and Barney at Kilmeadan Station before your train journey. Bring your camera to capture the moment.
