For a fun family day out this Easter visit Waterford Suir Valley Railway to meet the Easter Bunny.

On arrival check in to the ticket office to get a map of the route and children’s Easter Treasure Hunt to complete before or after your train trip. The friendly drivers will show you to your compartment on the train.

The Easter Bunny will be on the platform to wave you off on an exciting journey through the countryside, beside the River Suir and Waterford Greenway. Get a glimpse in to Mount Congreve Gardens and make a wish in the Magic Wood.

After the journey get a hug from or take a photo with the Easter Bunny and hand in completed Treasure Hunts to receive a prize.

Discover the Story of Rail at the five storyboards around Kilmeadan Station while you treat yourself to a refreshment and treats from the Whistlestop Café.
