We wish you and your families a very happy and healthy Easter.
In line with Government Guidelines the Waterford Suir Valley Railway and Whistlestop Café will not be open for Easter. We are very sad about this as this is usually to start of our summer season, celebrated with a visit from the Easter Bunny.
We await further information from the government and will inform you as soon as we have a date to reopen. At present it is looking like we will be able to re-open the Café for takeaway service very soon and the railway a few months later.
This remains a difficult time for everyone. The safety of our customers, crew and families is very important to us. We would like to thank everyone working in the frontline and their families, as they are still working in challenging conditions. Our thoughts are with you and also with those who are sick and have lost loved ones.
While this year has been tough, we remain positive that there are better times ahead in 2021. We are really looking forward to welcoming both our railway and Waterford Greenway customers to Kilmeadan Station.
Thank you so much for your support. Stay safe and enjoy your Easter Break.
